The Paisley Common is for Everyone.

In the fall of 2020, in the midst of a global pandemic, my family and I visited Paisley for the first time. We were struck by Paisley's picturesque beauty, its idyllic charm and the warmth of its residents. Having been a resident of Bruce County for the last three years, and a regular visitor for the prior 15 years, I saw in Paisley what I saw in my hometown of Niagara-on-the-Lake growing up: a strong, diverse, and thriving community with a wildly creative, entrepreneurial spirit. When Marty was ready to move on to his next adventure, I knew I had to carry on his legacy with my own ideas to create The Paisley Common.

The Paisley Common is for everyone. My vision is to create a space for people to unwind, to enjoy, to relax. A place to enjoy a meal with family. A place to come back for all of Mary’s favourite menu items. A place to enjoy a few beers or cocktails with friends. A place to host your child’s birthday party. A place for moms and dads to enjoy coffee while their kids play with crafts. A place for your company to have a staff party. A place to pick up your hot coffee and pastry first thing in the morning. The Paisley Common is for everyone.

My passion for good food and a good atmosphere is shared by my husband James, and my two kids, Pascal and Saffron. You are likely to find me and my family in the restaurant on any given day. Please come say hi next time you're in!
